1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Connect browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Connect is a productivity tool designed to enhance the LinkedIn experience for sales professionals. It provides features such as CRM synchronization, message templates, and analytics. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Connect and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

  • Free Trial: We may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (14 days).
  • Billing: You will be charged automatically at the end of the free trial unless you cancel your Subscription.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any payments made. We provide a 14-day free trial to allow you to fully evaluate the Service before being charged. If you cancel your subscription before the expiration of the 14-day trial period, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your trial will automatically convert into an active paid subscription, and you will be billed for the applicable subscription period.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Connect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
